Customer has Cisco IPT end-to-end and would like to know how we prevent an internal user from transferring an outside call to another outside line.
I'm stumped. I am NOT talking about forwarding calls, as you well know can be restricted with the CSS's. I am talking about the user using the softkey to transfer a call. From what I gather, even in the CTI layer, CM doesn't distinguish between a consult transfer and an outbound call, so I'd guess that there isn't a way (yet). I'd love to be proven wrong, though.
