Retracting a Scheduled Public Distribution Message
Is there a way other than logging into the exchange mailbox and pulling the message out of the outbox to retract a message scheduled for distribution at a later time? I know you can do it when you first schedule the message over the phone, but what about after you hang up.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Retracting a Scheduled Public Distribution Message
Once the message has been handed off to Exchange we no longer have the ability to restract it over the phone regardless of if it's a future delivery or not. This would be possible with future delivery messages since it hangs out in your outbound folder on the server. Currently, however, we don't have access to anything on the server for your mailbox other than the 'inbox' folder itself.
