retreiving messages

if we try to retreive our message by pressing the message key, unity recognize users only on port 1, if we are more than 1 unity don't recognize who is calling<br><br>Thanks<br><br>

Calls are probably showing up as forwarded calls from port 1 (when port 1 is busy)

You did not indicate your version information or telephone system specifics. It may be possible to fix this in your phone system. It might also be fixed in a newer version of software.

You can work around this issue by creating a rule that sends forwarded calls from voicemail ports to the sign in conversation.
