We wish to retreive our messages from an external number. We've setup a a route plan which takes a number within our DDI range and converts it into a twelve port hunt group with numbers made up. Everything works fine inside but when we call the ddi number from an external source we cannot retrieve our messages.We get the message ' welcome to Unity messaging system, type 4 for directory, or type the extension you are calling or hold for an operator. WE cannot actually use any of the options, i,e we type 0 for an operator - nothing happens. If we type 4 for a directory, nothing happens - can anyone explain?<br><br>thanks<br><br>Jeff<br><br>
