Retrieving calls from hold

Hello,

currently on a CM 4.1(3) installation using shared lines that allow multiple calls on the lines, when 2 or more people put a call on hold on the smae line it is a crap shoot which call they will pick up when they retrieve the call. Is there any wa to amke sure the phone that put the cal on hold is the one that picks the call back up?
