return to - problem.....

hi,

a call from the outside world is received by the operator.

the operator transfers the call to an employee.

this employee would like to see the number from the caller but sees " return to..."

Does anybody know why this message apears instead of the number.

Can anybody tell me how to solve this?

Does the operator see the calling number before the transfer.. ??

Is it a blind trasfer or announced transfer.. ?

Have you tried one or the other option and see if the calling number appear on called phone.. ??
