Hi, I have this scenario:
Webattendant--CM--H323GW---CAS---Definity----Phone
When the WA transfers a call and the analog phone from the definity side is busy it is forwared back to the WA. The operator has no way to know if this is a returning call or a new one.
The definity switch had only CAS signalling available so we don't have caller id between the callmanager and definity, so it gets annoying for the operators and for the person being transfered.
We are installing a software on the definity so it can support PRI signalling so we can exchange calling names.
My question is: is it possible with PRI to see messages like "returing call from ext.xxxx"?
Thanks,

i would say yes depending on how the definty is returning the call. is it a forward busy/ forward rna. if you have some more details how the definty and the cm is setup i can test it for you.
