Using the Attendant Console for CallManager 3.3, when a caller is parked and then hanges up, the parked call still appears in the Parked Calls windows. Is there someway to make it aware that the call has ended?
This works properly for us in all our deployments. Parked calls disappear from the AC when the PSTN caller hangs up or is picked up from another phone.
Are you certain that your interface to the PSTN has proper disconnect supervision? Test by calling a PSTN phone from an IP phone, and then hang up the PSTN phone. Does your IP phone remain "on the line" for a long period or even indefinitely? POTS lines are notoriously bad about this sort of thing. We try to use PRI on all our deployments.
