Ring list unavailable....

Why would I see this message. I am also only getting the two hardcoded chirp ring tones on my 7960. I am running CCM 3.1(3a).

I experienced this in the past with specific phone loads, although there are other possible reasons. You may want to start by updating the phone loads on a test group of phones.

Normally this is problem with tftp server, other rings, (not default) stay in tftp server, check call manager service to confirm is tftp running properly.

verify directory callmanager\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath and verify Ringlist.xml file, they have all rings that phone using.
