Ring No answer timeout - default value

I need to know what is the default value for the "Ring No answer Timeout" parameter in the agent desk settings.

Hi Anupama,

I guess there is no default value. You can enter Ring No Answer Time value (between 1-120 seconds) that a call may ring at the agent's station. If call is not answered in the allotted time, agent goes into Not Ready state.

If you have it configured it on Call Manager for redirecting calls (Forward on RNA), time should match on CM and in ICM desktop settings. CM default is 12 seconds.
