ring no answer

Unity 2.4.6.102 has intermittent ports that go to ring no answer. The dialogic boards are a mix of 4 and 12 port boards (20 ports total). It does not seem to follow any particular board. The customer has to disable the port on Unity, the re-enable it for it to answer again. Sometimes they have to do the out of service both on the PBX and on Unity to get it to answer again. The server is a level 2 dell with 1.5 gig of memory. Any known issues?<br><br>

No known issues. You're probably going to want to upgrade to the latest supported version of 2.4.6 which I believe is 161. If there are any defects to be fixed, it would be done based on that version. You'll probably want to open a TAC case if you have not already. We'd be interested to see tracing of calls that are not being answered.
