Ring problems on shared lines

We have several 7960's with shared line appearances. The phones are beginning to have more frequent problems with rings, in that some of the phones will not ring when a call comes in. Resetting the phone takes care of the problem, but it does reoccur. We are running CM 3.1(2C)

Make sure you’re running the latest firmware on the 7960’s. Other than that, sounds like a job for Cisco’s engineers.
