Does the 7910/7912 phone have the capability to have multiple ring tone choices like the 7960/7940? On the set, when I select SETTINGS and scroll to ring types, the only choices given are Chirp1 and Chirp2. We are on CCM 3.2(2a). My 7910 phone load is P00403020204 (which is fairly old). I tried upgrading to the latest 7910 load (P00403020700) but couldn't get the 7910 to register with CCM so I went into CCM Device Defaults and reinserted the old load and I now have the 7910 registered and working but with only two choices on ring tones.

No upgrade is going to help you in this case. 7910 simply does not support more than 2 ring tones

Thanks for the reply. I found the answer this morning when I was building a custom ring tone (I had a request for a barking dog!!!). Cisco's document on Custom Ring Tones states: The following procedure only applies to creating custom rings for the Cisco IP Phone 7940 and 7960 models.
