Ringback problems

I´m interconecting a 3745 with a Hicom Siemens, I´m using Qsig signaling wih the PBX, when i try to call to a remote site using a digital phone i don´t listen the ringback tone, but when i dial using a analog phone a can listen the ringback tone.

I´m running the IOS 12.2 8 (T5), and a NM-HDV.

when i active the debug isdn q931 i can see a message:

From analog phone:

ISDN Se3/1:15 TX -> SETUP_ACK pd = 8 callref = 0x8014

Channel ID i = 0xA98397

ISDN Se3/1:15 TX -> CALL_PROC pd = 8 callref = 0x8014

ISDN Se3/1:15 TX -> ALERTING pd = 8 callref = 0x8014

Facility i =

From digital phone:

ISDN Se3/1:15 TX -> SETUP_ACK pd = 8 callref = 0x8017

Channel ID i = 0xA9839A

ISDN Se3/1:15 TX -> CALL_PROC pd = 8 callref = 0x8017

Can be something wrong in the router?
