OK, I have been asked this question several times, and I have always dismissed it as not supported, which I'm sure it is. I was just wondering if anyone has played with it at all.
The customer wants incoming callers to hear MoH instead of ringback while the destination phone is ringing. Basically, their MoH is marketing and they want incoming callers to hear as much of that as possible. Now, I beleive that the ringback is just a file that is played, but I have no idea where that file is or even if it could be changed. Anyone have a clue?
If you're transferring the call from Unity, a supervised (instead of the default unsupervised) transfer will place you on hold while the call is being transferred. There's no way to play MOH while a normal transfer from phone to phone is occuring.
