Ringer is Busy! on 7940/60 IP Phones

Recently we have installed a Cisco IP Tel Solution and some users (7940)expierence an error on their phones when trying to change ringer settings "Ringer is Busy!". Does anyone have any insight into what is causing this an how to correct it? Call Manager Version is 3.2.2(c).

This is a known issue with CCM 3.2(2c)
