I have a customer who wants the ability to manage the ringer in a broadcast studio that when the mic is on the ringer is disabled and then when mic is closed be able to enable ringer. I knwo this can be done in CME via a button, can this be also done in CM 4.0(5) somewhere?
There is no really clean way to do this, but there are 2 workable methods.

you have the following set to True;
Show Ring Settings = True
2. When they are going to do a broadcast, call the phone in question and while the phone is ringing use the volume control slider to adjust the ring volume to the off position.(and do vice-versa when they want to turn the ringer back on)
