Ringers not playing

anyone have an idea why for no apparent reason the 2nd builtin ringer (Chirp 2) and the others I loaded will not play on my 7960 phones?

Thats happen to me too after upgrade from 4.0 to 4.13sr1.

You have to upgrade to the new phone load... it is a bug...
