I have an issue with IP phones connected via VPN Tunnel where they every now and then cannot find the ringtones. All I get on the phone is ring tones unavailable. After rebooting the phone it works fine. Any idea?

Hi Chris,
What is the current config for Enable Caching under TFTP Service Parameters.
If you select Settings | 33 Erase Configuration and then gather sniffer trace and TFTP detailed trace, do you see the IP Phone requesting the ringlist.xml file?
BTW which phone load and CCM version?

The TFTP caching is set to True. The CCM is 4.0(2), not sure about the phone load as I just got pulled into this account and have not obteined that. I just setup the TFTP tracing configration to Detailed hoping that I can find some info there. I told the administrator to let me know when this happens again.
