RM-CM subsystem issue

This is a new ipcc enh.V3.1 bundle installation, and I'm getting this issue:

The engine status is "running".

All the subsystems are ok but the RM-CM subsystem is allways INITIALIZING.

Other issue: The supervisor desktop can login but any the CAD agents can login and they receive a message like "agent was unable to login".

I've rechecked the icd radio button, cti ports, jtapi, rmjtapi, extensions, passwords, but still nothing.

Any idea will be wellcomed.

The issue was solved erasing and recreating the

RM-JTapi Provider field.

Now all the subsystems are working.
