I have checked and rechecked the RMJTAPI uid and password, (including case) and have checked the CTI use box is ticked. Devices are associated with the user but still nothing.
The trace files give one clue, in that there is an error message along the lines of 'RMCM-1-ModuleRunTimeFailure in RmCm subsystem : Module=RM-CM Subsystem, Exception=com.cisco.wfapi.subsystem.WFSubsystemException: Unable to load CM workflow'
I am guessing that this refers to the ldap held workflow, but i dont know, and I'm not sure what to do about it even if it was!! Has anyone got any ideas.
