I don't really get this. If I call the DID number of a user, CCM routes the call to the phone and I if I don't answer, the phone would ring forever... However, If I dial and the line is busy, I'm transfered to the User's V-mail. <br><br>Please help<br> <br><br><br>

Different settings for call foward busy vs. call forward no answer? Forwarding the call to voicemail is usually a function of the phone system, check the phone's programming in CCM admin.
