I have a client who has "roaming softphone users" that travel around the country. As of right now, each softphone is assigned to a static device pool with a static media resource group list (MRGL). This means that when a SoftPhone user based in Texas roams to the California office, they are still using media resources in texas. Does anyone know how to make this change dynamically as they move?
You have to configure for roaming profile in call manager for the roaming users. Now I think it is using the extension mobility to connect from the remote side, you have to disable that and enable the roamimg profile.
