Rollback from a 3.3.3 upgrade

I like to ask how to rollback from a 3.3.3 upgrade. My understanding is 3.3.3 come with signed phone loads that once upgraded on the IP phones could not go back to the older unsigned phone loads. How do one overcome such situation?

The signed phone loads work, and are supported with 3.1 and 3.2 as well.
