Root of Mail system instead of greeting

I have seen this mentioned earlier, but I have a problem where instead of going to a mailbox, or prompting the user for their PIN number, I get transfered to the root and get the system greeting instead. I understand there is a route edit to fix this. Can I have more details please. This is driving my users Batty....Unity 2.4.6 with Call Manager 3.0(8). Here's a link to the post on the work around for the problem. I'll hopefully be posting information (in the IP forum) about an updated TSP that fixes this issue in the next week or two.
