Round Robin Call routing for Attendant Console

Version 1.2 of Attendant Console states that round robin call routing is available for the hunt group. However the option is not available in CCM 3.3.3a with SR2 on the Pilot Point. Any ideas.

Just have the last hunt group member be a number that is forwarded to the pilot point number.

I think what you mean is circular call routing, where the TCD remembers which destination received the last call and sends the next call to the next destination on the list. This is possible with 1.2(1) and CCM3.3. However, it doesn't appear on the dropdown list. To configure cirsular routing you will need to edit the ACServer.properties files. Take a look at this document for full instructions.
