route failure IPCC 3.5(4)

a number of times a day calls to our callcenter are dropped before an agent gets connected. Below is the relevant part of the tracefile. Who can give me a clue? Used versions: IPCC 3.5(4), CM 4.1(3)sr3b

From the error message,I could say that there is a misconfiguration of destination address in CCM

After a reboot of both callmanager and IPCC server the problem didn't show up anymore.
