Route Pattern

HI

I have a list of customer ((which comprises 7000 telephone numbers stored in a database); the sales department must contact them (Via PSTN) almost from time to time.

That is possible to create an application who allowed only router the phone Numbers belonging has this list so went my agent want reach a clients he can call only the directory number find in this list.

((Without I would be compel to add 7000 route pattern)).

I guess, you could store all the user information in the LDAP or the User Directory. And whenever you need to make a call, you can use the "Basic search" or "Advanced search" to find the required user.
