I know that a CTI port has a device weight of 20 and an IP phone has device weight of 1 but what is the device weight of a route point, is it 1 ??

Please count a registered CTI Route Point device as a weight of 20.

I was told by our local SE that IP softphone weighting was being reduced for CM3.1 as were some other weightings.
Can anyone post the weightings for CM3.1 or confirm/deny the story I have been told please.
