I setup a user and created a Service dept mailbox on Exchange. I imported the service dept user into Unity and made it extension 1851. <br><br>If a caller pushes the service option I want them to Transfer to the Service Manager at Extension 1827, if he's not in, I want the voice mail sent to the mailbox at extension 1851 so it can be monitored. <br><br>I have the caller input button in the opening greeting going to the Subscriber 1851. In the Call Transfer option under subscriber with extension 1851 I have the option set to transfer to subscriber at 1827. This does not work.<br><br>Is there an easier way to get this functionality ?<br><br>
