Router 1710

Do Router 1710 can support VoIP? If not, what basic requirement can be used?

No, the 1710 does not support Voice over IP. More specifically, it can switch VoIP packets, but you can't terminate voice because there are no voice-ports supported on the 1710 router.

You should probably start here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/index.html

And look through the different router lines to determine what you need to have. I believe the lowest end IOS router which supports VoIP is the 827-4V, followed by the 1751. Your needs may dictate a different platform.
