Router 3825 Keep Blocking

I have a Cisco 3825 router just supporting Transcoding for a Call Manager environment.

Every once in a while router freezes, and the only way to bring it up by cold rebooting.

See below the "Error Log" I captured from Console. The current IOS is "c3825-spservicesk9-mz.124-6.T.bin".

As of now, no problems are reported at the release so I don't if it is an IOS issue or something else.

Has someone experienced this problem?

Thanks,

Re: Router 3825 Keep Blocking

May be you are running low in memory. Use the command "show memory summary" to check the available memory

Check this link on troubleshooting memory issues

Re: Router 3825 Keep Blocking

Hi esilva,

I experienced the same in the lab last week.

I contacted the HW team and they believe its a new DDTS.

They will do some tests tomorrow will let you know.
