Routing calls based on CLID with SQL database CRA2.2
I am trying to write a script that will grab the CLID number from a caller and then would query a SQL server. It would match the number and redirect the call to the appropriate sales person. Anyone have womething like this? I am running CRA 2.2(5). I am not going to upgrade to 3.0 until CCM 3.3 supports it fully.
