RTMT Error accessing CM-Default profile

On a CCM 4.1(3)sr2 system, accessing RTMT CM-Default profile results in the following error, any ideas?

"Unable to restore configuration! Host name in the configuration is not defined in DB!"

Not sure where the RTMT configuration is stored.

Try restaring the RIS Data Collector service and the IIS service on all the cluster
