RTP Header compression problem on 1601 on 12.2(15)T
I have a config including:
telco link to
The 1751 has voice software. Both the 1601s are on 12.2(15)T and interlinked with modems 33.6kbps speed. On these routers the dialer1/serial0 interface are configured to dial each other and on both is enabled the ip rtp header-compression iphc-format command.
All is fine except typing sh ip rtp header-compression all stats for the header compression are at 0.
Therefore I must assume there is no compression taking place. (debug ip rtp header-compression gives no output while calling).
Any pointer? I could not find any on TAC and univercd. The 1601 is now unsupported so opening a TAC case seems not to be an option.
