SA Web Page Session Timeout Not Resetting

Running Unity 3.1.6. When remote administration is done over the web/sa browser, the sessions do not seem to be being reset after the 20 minute timeout. If the system limit of 5 people do not log out of the system correctly, the WWW service has to be restarted to unlock these ports. Aren't these ports supposed to automatically reset after the 20 minute timeout? If so, what can I check on my end, because ours are not. Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: SA Web Page Session Timeout Not Resetting

Actually in 3.X the sessions don't timeout. It wasn't until 4.X that this functionality was added. There is a defect for this CSCae07805 but the workaround is to restart IIS.

What you might try doing is bumping up the number of SA sessions allowed so that you have to restart less often. You can do that here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Active Voice\SystemParameters\1.0\SaSessions

Hope this helps...
