The CallManager's Real-Time Monitoring Tool comes with a "CM-Default" configuration. When I close the RTM window (in MS Internet Explorer), all my changes are lost. How do I make changes permanent, and how do I generate a new configuration next to CM-Default?
Thank you, this helped. Unfortunately, with this information I found out that configured and saved alarms do not work once the RTM window is closed. This renders the RTM alarm mechanism rather useless.
