We have just installed a 2.46 along with the TSP. The Call Manager interfaces to the Unity, but no Audio.<br>We cannot get the Administration URL , SAWEB to open, we receive a HTTP 500 error. Any Ideas???<br>Thanks<br><br>

If you have no audio, check to see if there are any errors in the application event log.
As far as the HTTP problems go, did you protect the server against "Code Red"?

Thanks, But this is a new install. This server has never had any access to internet.

We have the same problem at our site. The issue we were having was fixed by stopping and restarting the IIS Admin Service in the control panel services option in the call manager. This would fix it for a while but then it would stop working again and sometimes we were not able to stop and start the service we had to do a shutdown and restart of the Call Manager itseld. This is all before the Redworm Virus.
