I would like to make the cisco voip phone to communicate with H323 client( for example netmeeting) and SIP client.
Is it possible?
I have loaded an IOS with gatekeeper/CCME enabled, H323 client is able to call the cisco voip phone but not the other way around.

do you have the following commands in IOS configured:
R(config)# voice service voip
R(config-voi-serv)# allow connections h323 to sip
R(config-voi-serv)# allow connections h323 to h323

hmm, i have read about it, yet to try it.
But the biggest challenge here is for cisco ip phone to call to them (h323 and sip)

The SCCP phones can call SIP or H323 with no problem. The router handles the signalling exchange. You use H323 or SIP dial-peers to route the calls to the correct end-points. Supplementary services is the major limitation between the disparate endpoints.
