Does anybody know whetherCCM has a scheduling feature, for example, when caller phones in a company,operator answer the call on daytime,and autoatendant answers the call after hours?(AA is configured on Unity)
There is no scheduling feature in CallManager, but if you route the call through Unity, you can make the Unity schedule do what you want. In a nutshell, you'd send the incoming call to a route point that would, in turn, route it to Unity for its routing rules based on the open/closed schedule. Search the Unity forums or Unity documentation for more information.
