CRS 3.0. icd enhanced. This is my first script. I need to get the CLID, and base on that (I have 50 NPA NXX to enter) send it to a specific csq (8 choices, depending of CLID). I will use the get contact info for the CLID. No database. Not sure if the best way is to use the if step. Does someone did something similar or have a sample? Thanks in advance!
I would use an XML Document. Create an XML Doc, Cache Document to get the info from the .xml doc and then compare the ANI you got from the get contact info against yo xml doc, return a variable and then run your if statements off of that.
