Second and another call in one line CUCM 6.x

Hello,

we have CUCM 6.x and we would like to set behaviour of the incoming calls. Today when user has a call and second call is coming, second call still ring and caller thinks that user doesn't pick up the phone.

We would like to change this settings to:

user has a call, another call is coming, after 5 rings automaticaly run music(with message that user is busy...) and when user finish the first call, this another call will ring again.

Is it possible set CUCM 6.x this way? Is it possible to configure this through web access?

no, it's not possible to set this behavior with just CUCM

you would need to send the call to unity, then send the call to a Q with supervised transfer and then receive the call, the problem is this would happen to ALL calls that reach VM, they would need to choose to leave a VM manually or do not press anything when asked if they want to keep waiting in the Q or or to leave a VM
