Selective recording with ICD

Hi Guys,

Is it possible to selectively record conversations with the ICD recording and voice monitoring server? My client would like to be able to control what calls are recorded on the fly. For example, while on a teleconference, the client wants to concentrate on what is being discussed and not take notes. However, he wants to be able to replay the conversation and then make his notes.

I have never actually used the CRA apps. so I do not know if this feature is included. Any help will be appreciated.

Regards,

Ade

Re: Selective recording with ICD

I am aware, that the recording, monitoring and replaying the conversations, is possible with ICD. This is has been documented in the following location:

Dedicated Recording and Voice Monitoring Server

But I am not very sure of selective recording. Anybody out there, who has experience in this concern?

Re: Selective recording with ICD

Yes, in CRS 3.0 (ICD 3.0) supervisors are able to record calls on the fly clicking the "Record" and "Stop Recording" buttons. Quick reference guide link is below.
