Is it possible to selectively record conversations with the ICD recording and voice monitoring server? My client would like to be able to control what calls are recorded on the fly. For example, while on a teleconference, the client wants to concentrate on what is being discussed and not take notes. However, he wants to be able to replay the conversation and then make his notes.
I have never actually used the CRA apps. so I do not know if this feature is included. Any help will be appreciated.
