Send to voicemail

A client currently has a feature with thier G3 that allows them to send a call to voicemail by pushing a button when they see the incoming called number. In other words, if I dont have CFNA, CFA selected and I am at my desk and i see an incoming call from my wife, i can push a button to send it to voicemail without waiting for the CFNA timeout. Also this feature allows for one button CFA. no need to cfwdall and then enter the number. Is there any way to acheive either or both of these issues with CCM?

With CM 3.3 there is a feature called IPMA IP Manager Assitant. IPMA provides further softkeys, among them is Transfer to VM key. for further info
