SendExecute CiscoIPPhoneError

I'm trying to a simple CUAE application (using the designer) with a SendExecute. Whenever the SendExecute runs, it fails and the following is placed in the log: Phone was able to process request, but replied with an error: <CiscoIPPhoneError Number="0" />. I've tried various messages and logins, but I always get this error. Can anyone give me any recommendations on how to make this work? Thanks.

Got it! This is on a test network and DNS was not set up yet, so the authentication server URL was not working because it had the server's name, rather than IP address in it.
