I have a unity server connected to a call manager as its only Phone system, Is it possible to send a Flash to Centrex Lines on an IP Gateway? What I have is an automated attendant and when the caller presses 1 I want to transfer the call to a 1-800 number, however they only have 4 incoming analog centrex lines. The Gateway can accept the flash and send it to the Centrex lines, but the call manager through IP cannot. However if I throw a Single Line (2500) set off the call manager with a flash button it should work. I there anything the unity can do?
