I have a customer who has three subcompanies. They want have 3 seperate AA trees with 3 seperate phone lines numbers , such as 4165551111, 4165552222, 4165553333. 1111, 2222,3333 are the DID sending from Carrier. My solution is here
1.Create three call handlers for each of the AA tree
2. Assign this 3 DIDs individually to the extension field of profile of each call handler.
3. User can get different AA by dialing different number.
will this work? Thanks

You'll want to create routing rules that send callers to the three different call handlers based on the dialed number. If you just assign those values to the call handlers it wont work unless the call is forwarded from one of those numbers (which can be done if you setup virtual extensions for such things if you want). Seems to me using routing rules and routing on the dialed number is cleaner.
Also, you'll want to check out the updated Audio Text Manager application for generating AA apps like this quickly:

I see. But what does the extension on the profile use for?
