Sometime We found one or other IPPhone out of service, and when We check the services, We found the Call Manager Service on PUB stop, We mark and click start ..... test OK IPPhone .
Ours question is:
What are the root causes that the services Call Manager go to stop?
What We need to preview check?
We have a clouster one pub and 2 SUB, the PUB is so far from the SUBs, CCM4.1.2

There could be many reasons. First, check the system log under event viewer. Look for errors regarding CallManager service. Also check application log for any errors (you can disregard unregistration errors). There could be a bug. You might want to check if there are any SR for your CM version.

check 4.1(3)sr2, there were some bugs where ccm crashed intermittently
