I actually have it working with a local SIP provider in the NYC area they are using Broadsoft as their class 5 switch. The only issue we found was paketization rates between broadsoft and callmanagers default settings. In a nutshell for G711 calls we had to reduce our packetization rate to 10msec versus the default 20msec. Other than that works quite well
