Services (Cisco CallManager does not start)

We are running CCM 3.3 2 and are having problems getting the Cisco CallManager service to start. The error we are getting is the following.

No response to configure the following services

1.Cisco CallManger - Error 1559 [CDBLException (Duplicate value not allowed]

Anyone familiar with this error?

Symptom:

On updation of Call park DN Range or Meet me number we see:

Error Information

Attempting to insert an item that already exists. (23)

Details:

Error No. -2147219945 (0x80040617):

CDBLException Dump: [Duplicate value not allowed]

Condition:

1. Add a Call Park or Meetme number as [123].

2. Add one more Call Park or Meetme number as [12].

3. Update the second entry (Step 2) to [123].

Workaround:

Change the DN to an unused non-duplicate DN Range.

Hello,

I had the same problems. On a MCS7835-1266.

The installation seams to be ok, but the services didn´t starts. I tried to install up to the newest version. That means i installed all winos- / ccm-updates and patches. Now my ccm has the version 3.3.3sr1, and it works properly.
